RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. We will only accept returns on current editions. Return will not be accepted without pre-authorization. Please call us at 1-800-622-7284 or email CustomerService@ChronicleGuidance.com to notify us of a return.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Ten percent (10%) on all orders in the Continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii fifteen percent (15%). For other countries the actual shipping charges will be billed, call or FAX for an estimate. Prepayment is requested if you are not a current customer. C.O.D. orders are not accepted. $5.50 minimum order required.
SPECIAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Orders are shipped by the least expensive and most expeditious means unless otherwise specified. It will cost a little extra, but we can arrange for overnight, 2-day, or 3-day shipping. On most merchandise the shipping and handling charges are as noted. Three exceptions: (1) Vertiflex filing cabinets, #25112W, $115.00 each, shipping charge; (2) Occupational Library (Career Library collated by GOE), #20002W, $195.00 each, shipping charge and (3) Occupational Library collated by DOT, #22002W, $195.00 each shipping charge.

We suggest that school personnel combine the orders of students allowing them to take advantage of the quantity pricing for 10 or more titles. Minimum order $5.50.
